ABOUT JIU ZHOU HEAD

Yixing Jiuzhou Head Forging Co., Ltd., established in 2003, has developed a team of highly professional and technically skilled employees, specializing in the production of various specifications, materials, and shapes of boiler and pressure vessel heads. We operate advanced stamping presses (300 to 6000 tons) and spinning machines (3.6 to 12 meters). Our facilities include non-destructive testing rooms, laboratories, and a 12,500 mm diameter heat treatment furnace. We continuously invest in technological equipment, including CNC polishing machines, plasma welding machines, fully automatic head polishing and grinding machines, CNC cutting machines, gantry-type fully automatic grinding machines, plasma automatic panel welding machines, and edge milling machines, to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.

The company has established a standardized product quality assurance system in accordance with national standards and has obtained ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, and OHSMS18001 certifications. In October 2006, we received the A3-level Boiler and Pressure Vessel Component Production License, and in July 2009, we achieved ASME certification.Our product range includes ellipsoidal heads, torispherical heads, flat bottom heads, conical heads, hemispherical heads, dish only heads, U-rings, and expansion joints, with diameters ranging from 42 mm to 13,000 mm. We offer materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. Notably, we pioneered the development of eccentric conical heads, bow-bottom heads, segmented spherical heads, large ultra-thin titanium spinning heads, advanced thin-walled stainless steel forming methods, and large-scale thin-walled special material spinning process.
