Yixing Jiuzhou Head Plate Forge Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, has evolved into a company that boasts a team of professionals with exemplary professionalism and highly skilled technicians, specializing in the manufacture of boiler and pressure vessel heads in diverse specifications, materials and shapes. We boast pressing machine units of 300 tons, 500 tons, 800 tons, 1,200 tons, 4,000 tons, and 6,000 tons, as well as spinning machine units of 3.6 meters, 4.2 meters, 6.5 meters, 8.5 meters, and 12 meters. It is also equipped with standardized NDT exposure rooms, physical and chemical laboratories, welding test rooms, primary and secondary welding material warehouses, and a heat treatment furnace with a diameter of 12,500 mm. We continuously invested in technical equipment, such as CNC polishing machines, plasma welders, full-automatic head shot blasting and grinding machines, CNC cutting machines, gantry-type full-automatic polishing machines, plasma automatic plate-joint welding machines, and edge milling machines. Those machines will fully automate production line technology.
