Groove

Please annotate or attach drawings according to the groove shape and representing method of the head.

Forming method

Please select from cold stamping or cold spinning, hot spinning, hot stamping, and segmented processing.

Property & Purpose

Container type, design temperature, design pressure, storage media, etc.

Material selection

Please give priority to using the specialized materials of our company for heads; if materials are provided, please provide the quality certificates for the incoming materials.

Material requirements

Material retesting, UT test, normalizing, intercrystalline corrosion test, steel plate supply status, etc.

Material plate thickness

Feeding thickness, minimum allowable plate thickness, etc.

Spliced plate welding

Joint position, test piece for welding, weld seam grinding, welding qualification parameters, etc.

NDT

Standards and methods (RT, UT, MT, PT, TOFD), testing location, qualification level, etc.

Heat treatment

Purpose, process requirements, and furnace test piece requirements
