Jiuzhou Successfully Realized Thermoforming of SA-553 Type Ⅲ Special Material Head

SA-553 Type III is a nickel alloy steel plate material for ultra-low temperature pressure vessels. The material has good low temperature toughness and strength, which is produced according to the ASME code and is mainly used in the manufacture of equipment operating under extreme low temperature conditions.

Due to its heat sensitivity and higher deformation difficulty than regular steel materials, the use of hot stamping forming process to manufacture the head requires very precise temperature control, so it is quite rare in the global industry field.
